I applied online, and experienced one of the most disorganized interview process. I interviewed with eight different people over 3 weeks including the hiring manager, the local leadership team, the corporate marketing department. Then, I was told they were putting the job on hold to regroup internally and determine the qualifications they needed for this position. The determined someone with a banking background but no prior marketing or communications experience would be the best candidate. From the time the position was posted to filling the role lasted four months. The interview process was very disorganized, and I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get anything accomplished in the organization.
