Standard setup with recruiter, then HM leading off. All other interviewers seemed VERY unorganized and unprepared (and LATE!). It was a little disrespectful and frankly hard to have a good conversation in 10 mins per interview. The arrogance level was quite high too. Which is usually stemming from a source of internal frustration from too much stagnation or lack of progress. I doubt these people get along. Also, the various people I spoke to when asked questions gave indirect and somewhat unspoken negative feedback about the other’s team. This was a huge red flag and while they said “it just works”, I know they won’t succeed. There’s too many cooks in their management kitchen. There’s also not total buy-in from their business partners so I can guarantee change is impossible at this place. Tough sledding for someone, but you’ll realize you can’t change a troubled organization.
