Attended hiring event, on the spot interviews. Got registered, interviewed with next available person. Welcoming environment, was met with many smiles. Had two interviews, used paper resume. Interviews lasted about 40 minutes. Was informed a recruiter would be reaching out 7-10 days, got a rejection letter 8 business days later. Had to complete an assessment test where we answered as many questions in 10 minutes and also a personality quiz.

Straight forward and relaxed, some behavioral questions and some technical about mortgage and lending. Nothing out of the ordinary by any means. Come prepared with a resume and notes, and make sure you dress for the job!
