Did an initial phone screen with HR rep. Pretty standard for the industry. Basic industry knowledge test then discussed softer skills. Most of the questions I asked were around the company. Visited onsite and did a 1:1 interview with hiring manager and two peers. Also, did a group interview with some of the key business partners. All pretty standard, no trick questions and appeared to be open to answering questions honestly.
