      easy , no structure, the AP clerk will interview too although you are not reporting to her but the manager will consider her approval for the hiring process!! as they are looking for someone to get along with the Current AP clerk

While it might seem unconventional, we want to ensure that any new team member will have a harmonious working relationship with the existing team.
