Entretien
Applied online. Had a phone screen with an engineer. Then completed a 5 hour online assessment. Although you are given 5 hours it can be completed much quicker. Then an onsite, which went well. Interviews consisted of two culture interviews, live algorithms coding, systems design, and a code review session of the code from the online assessment. HR was responsive throughout process and really enjoyed speaking with the interviewers.

2 Round Interview Process: 1) Short informal round with someone in a consultant role that was positive and engaging. Standard questions of your abilities and situational interview questions. 2) Second round was a quick meeting with the Head of Talent and asked to complete a work sample presentation on a topic problem. Rejected before any other rounds or additional steps

Standardized questions throughout the process at every stage. It makes it simple and helps you prepare before each round. The interviewers are also very kind and helpful and give examples of how to answer the questions. They really made me feel comfortable and at home and truly think that this is a great company to work for.

Entretien
Recruiter call, technical round, systems design round, behavioral round and talk with the hiring manager. Overall straightforward and friendly chats with the whole company. Everything was well defined and it took around 3 weeks.
