J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Humanscale (San Francisco, CA) en août 2010
Entretien
Humanscale is very organized during the interview process. Initial contact was with the company's HR/Recruiter, but was quickly transitioned to the local District Manager (DM) and Regional Director (RD). My process may not have been exactly typical, but I first met with the DM and RD where they asked a lot about my prior experiences, hopes and dreams, basic stuff. When I arrived at the office I was met by a few of the current staff and had some short conversations with them and was greeted "nicely" - it was very positive. Then had a phone interview with a higher up Director where we discussed some of the job details and reviewed the basics. I then regrouped with the DM and RD again where we got more specific. That was followed with a meeting with the RD and the Vice President which was more them selling me on the company and make sure my goals were aligned with their needs.

Question 1
What was the greatest obstacle I overcame to win a sale?
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Humanscale (Lanham, MD) en févr. 2017
Entretien
I had 4 interactions with the company. 1) HR contacted me to qualify salary, availability, etc. 2) HR Followed up with another call to probe resume/lateral skills for position. 3) Met with future manager and director. 4) Met with future manager(s) again.
Zero pointed/canned interview questions, instead used resume and conversation as a platform to discuss candidacy. This was my first experience with this approach, I've never been able to "flip" and ask the majority of the questions to a prospective employer. It was very refreshing and I enjoyed the challenge of having the freedom to drill down into the operations of the company.
After my final interview I decided to respectfully withdraw from the process in search of a role that would better align with my skill set. Humanscale was very cordial and I wish them the best!

Question 1
Describe day-to-day role/responsibilities in current/previous role?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Humanscale (Los Angeles, CA) en oct. 2015
Entretien
The process started with a phone interview. Then followed by 2 in person interviews. At each stage of the process, there was about a 2 week gap. From the initial submission of application to where an offer was made, the process was 2 months. Both managers were very warm and friendly. I could have seen myself working there, but received a better offer elsewhere.
