Application + CV is the first round - basically you apply through online form on the website. Talk with HR is the second round, mostly basic HR questions, CV related, a bit about experience. Some "tricky" questions here and there, but nothing that you cannot read on the internet. Technical interview, a bit harder with tasks and questions from the engineering perspective.
