Automated video screening interview (30 mins) 2. written assessment test on human rights issues and relevant job skills 3. first panel interview (with people you'd work with but not line supervisors, e.g. team in the office, the broader team in other offices) 4. second panel interview with direct supervisor and senior staff supervising this work 4. role play
