J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Human Rights Watch (Washington, DC) en mars 2017
Entretien
First, I had to submit a resume and cover letter. You were then emailed confirming an interview. You have the first interview, which is short and easy. Then, you have a skills test exam where you have to write a research report, and then a second interview with senior researcher if you make it past the exam.

Question 1
The exam had you do a research report in 3 hours. Was difficult and time sensitive, but a little fun. Made it past, but got rejected after the final interview.
It was okay. They asked me why I applied for this position and past internship experiences. I didn’t feel intimidated by the interviewer; it was a casual interview. I really liked the way the interviewer asked questions.

I had a 35min skype conversation with two staff members and then had to complete an assignment in 30 minutes. It was very fast-paced and I had to think on my toes. I recommend preparing a lot beforehand.
