It's a Hr round.basic questions are asked which are also tricky. Basically at the first glance they will analyse you and if they don't want to continue they don't say it directly just wastes your time

Online Screening, then Online interview. The communication is extremely disrespectful and rude throughout the process.They ask rudely why haven't you submitted the online exam even though I have already submitted. At the online interview stage, the manager is still incredible humiliating

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience during my recent interview process. The interview focused primarily on my education, academic projects, and previous work experience. Despite performing well in the interview providing detailed and accurate information, I was asked to take an additional C# specific coding test based on my performance during the interview. I approached the coding test with diligence and completed it with 100% accuracy, ensuring that all test cases were passed. Despite this, I was informed that I did not clear the interview. When I sought feedback on the reasons for this decision, the response I received was unprofessional and unsatisfactory, with the interviewers stating, "We don't know." This experience has been disheartening, as I believe I demonstrated my skills and capabilities effectively throughout the interview process. I am disappointed by the lack of transparency and constructive feedback provided, which has left me with unanswered questions about the decision-making process.
