Informal first round of emails, plus two Zoom interviews. Relaxed and encouraging with seraching questions, many open ended about your approach and experiance.
They were interested about exp beyond the tech world and what that would bring to the table. Senior team members involved in the interview process and feedback encouraged.

The people I interviewed with were friendly and nice. They asked some good questions. They were easy to talk to and not super intimidating. And it wasn’t a long, drawn out process with a million interviews which I appreciated
