Met with talent acquisition at a networking event. Hit it off immediately, super personable, and passionate about the company's vision. Moved on to a phone call with the CEO - again, super personable and highly focused in his vision. I appreciated how well he knew his business, his industry, and the humility as to what problems needed to be addressed (major green flag!) I felt no ego, but rather an understanding that everyone will play a part in coaching and challenging one another for the best possible outcome (and a common goal!). Was invited for a next round of interviews, a "loop" where I would meet again with the CEO, a current SDR, and a member of onboarding. I got a job offer from another company before I took part in this, but I feel like it would've been great. Final words to YOU the APPLICANT: Know your stuff, know your why, and be honest fresh out of the gate - the members of Hubly are doing great work and are so authentic. I can only imagine that your genuine approach will be rewarded.
