I was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled for a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The interview went really well and I was told that I would be contacted for an on-site interview with site leadership. Following that -- I was ghosted. I reached back out to the recruiter and was assured I was still a top candidate and that things were moving slowly internally. The position was re-posted shortly after and I've not received any communication outside of an out-of-office reply.
