The interview process was structured and clear. It started with a phone screening, followed by a panel interview. The questions focused on sales strategies, customer handling, and negotiation skills. Communication was professional throughout.

They asked me to explain how I would handle a difficult customer situation and what strategies I would use to ensure a positive outcome.
4 rounds of interviews as I remembered. First one was an general interview through phone call with HR. The second one was in person interview with HR. The third one was interview with the hiring manager. The final one was the salary negotiation with HR

Entretien
Long interview process with many different management level. If you don't speak mandarin I would say that you can forget about joining the company. The company still have strong heavy influence from China side.
