The interview process was very long and very uncourteous. Met with several senior members of the organization which most of them spoke very little English and they all asked very irrelevant questions that really had nothing to do with my job. They asked a lot of personal questions, which might be ok in China, but borderline in North America

4 rounds of interviews as I remembered. First one was an general interview through phone call with HR. The second one was in person interview with HR. The third one was interview with the hiring manager. The final one was the salary negotiation with HR

Long interview process with many different management level. If you don't speak mandarin I would say that you can forget about joining the company. The company still have strong heavy influence from China side.
