Zoom, Questions i.e. self introduction for 5mins, Previous experience for 10 mins. Nothing beyong basic information, Ended in 20 mins. Looks like the interviewer was rushing to another place. Didn't feel being valued.

It was kind a weird process. They don’t make interwievs theirselves. A Consulting Firm doing that. Manager asked me some questions for understand my English level but he asked questions in Turkish?? And he said your salary expectation is too much for this position openly

Process was quick however not very fair. They did 3 rounds of virtual interview asking me to be available within 24 hrs notice but never bothered to share final results or even feedback.

The interview for huawei recruiter interview about 3 times in total: tech interview for 1 hour; director interview for 1 hour; HR interview about half an hour. everything going very smooth.
