There were total 3 rounds. 2 technical and 1 HR. Technical interview was OK. They give around 30% hike on current fixed compensation. As per my discussion, you need to maintain 9 hours weekly average and HR also accepted that they have aggressive timelines for work. stretching everyday is kind of expectation here. Work from home is an exception which requires prior approval only in case of emergencies.
