J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Huawei Technologies (Bengaluru) en janv. 2012
Entretien
They have a pretty long process with 5-7 rounds. The interviews are long and tiresome, but not necessarily challenging. They also include psychometric tests for seniors. Their main intention is to see if work is your top priority and you will compromise on work life balance o achieve results in the Company. They also check if you will be able to cope up with high pressure.

J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez Huawei Technologies (Zambia) en août 2025
Entretien
Too long and very stressful . No transparency. May as well ghost you for a while before response. During interviews, it is relaxed. Minimum of 3 interviews before onboarding. Onboarding is long process too
The first question they asked was, "Tell us about yourself." It felt like a generic opener, but it was vague and didn’t provide much direction. I ended up giving a brief overview of my background, but it felt disconnected.

Question 1
They asked me about my "greatest weakness," but it felt more like a filler question. It didn’t really seem relevant to the role or give any insight into my skills.
