I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Bengaluru) in December 2017.

Was contacted by HR via LinkedIn. Scheduled onsite interview for 2 hours. But interview went from 2 PM to 8.30 PM. This included two technical rounds and two HR rounds. Same day got the confirmation that I have been selected for the position. Was told that within one week would hear back, this was three weeks before. Getting an invitation for a phone interview was very unexpected for me given that my CV is not linear. The interviewer was incredibly disrespectful. I was shocked about how aggressively she talked to me. I have never experienced something like that. She was treating me like I did something wrong or like she was trying to set me up for failure? She said to me if the interview goes well you will hear from us otherwise you won’t. So not even a rejection mail.
