Your CEE recruiter reached out to me describing role in HR team with very unprofessional attitude and strange questions. She seemed to me that she has just started working in recruitment today. How was I surprised when this recruiter finally asked me if working with Chinese people would be fine with me? Is there something wrong with people born and raised in China? It really did sound racist to me.

It was kind a weird process. They don’t make interwievs theirselves. A Consulting Firm doing that. Manager asked me some questions for understand my English level but he asked questions in Turkish?? And he said your salary expectation is too much for this position openly

Process was quick however not very fair. They did 3 rounds of virtual interview asking me to be available within 24 hrs notice but never bothered to share final results or even feedback.
