Went through 2 rounds of interviews on the same day. Thought it was positive but was not selected.
Roles pretty decent in terms of volume.
Had to follow up w the HR to see if i was selected. They seem pretty picky

It was kind a weird process. They don’t make interwievs theirselves. A Consulting Firm doing that. Manager asked me some questions for understand my English level but he asked questions in Turkish?? And he said your salary expectation is too much for this position openly

Process was quick however not very fair. They did 3 rounds of virtual interview asking me to be available within 24 hrs notice but never bothered to share final results or even feedback.

The interview for huawei recruiter interview about 3 times in total: tech interview for 1 hour; director interview for 1 hour; HR interview about half an hour. everything going very smooth.
