Sent off my CV and then asked to completed a video interview consisting of preloaded questions, after which I had an interview with two employees. It was refreshing knowing that they had actually seen my previous video as they made comments on my answer to “tell me an interesting fact about yourself. They were very friendly and was a good experience. The whole process took just over a month.
