I had initial screening call back in January 2026 with internal recruiter, then they send me take home test where I have spent 5-6 hours on it and follow by that I was invited for virtual interview. The interview lasted about 1 hr 45 minutes but they didn't send me any feedback after that I have sent follow up email to recruiter where she called me aftera week that unfortunately We won't be progressing with my application and she mentioned hiring manager is on annual leave but when he is back will send you feedback. I have never received the feedback after spending this much time in the process. I just want to mention recruiting isn't just about hiring. It's also about how you treat people along the way. Because whether someone joins your company or not, they'll rememver the experience.

I had screening interview with their recruiter, followed by home coding test which took 6-7 hours of my time and then in person interview with hiring manager where it lasted almost 2 hours and he mentioned at the end of the interview will let you know next week. However I didn’t hear from them for about a week so decided to follow up with internal recruiter and no response from recruiter for about a week. Then she called me and said unfortunately we won’t be moving forward with your application. I said ok can I get the feedback.she mentioned hiring manager is on leave but when he comes back you should receive feedback. Its been 4 months I haven’t received any feedback if someone invested this much time in your process you should atlease give feedback to that person.
