It was a really thorough process. Phone interview, in-office group interview with a brief presentation following a 3 minute one on one. After this I was offered a Skype interview with a hiring manager. I was invited back for a role play mock sales call. It was really difficult, as the manager role played as a rude potential client, likely to see how I handled that situation. Seems unfair given you have no training yet to handle that type of call. Not at all sure what they're looking for in an employee, but made all 4 rounds with no offer. They send a rejection email with no actual reason why. All other reviews on here are accurate.

Phone screening, two in-person interviews. Very basic get-to-know-you kind of questions. They were interested in what you were like in high school. They used to have the philosophy that your high school performance dictated your professional performance. Not sure if this is still the case.
