Applied online then received a call about interview. Interviewed with HR recruiter, was asked general and behavioral questions. Then met with dept manager for more questions and to go over qualifications, attire, culture, etc.

The interview was welcoming and comfortable. Encouraging everyone to apply. They made me feel safe and supported, this sparked a new light in me. Hoping to hear back from them, if not I will apply again.

The interview was done with the transport manager. She/He (as they have 4 managers), will begin to ask you if you have any transport or hospital experience. If you don't, they will ask you for customer service experience.
