Firstly, please accept our apology for the inconvenience if any caused to you.
We acknowledge your presence in our office on last week of Aug, 2018. Your primary interview was conducted by HR. You were questioned about your short term work span with all companies for which you were not comfortable. Asking Bond from HostBooks is a statement which made us to rethink and reply your post. Just for your information, we provides regular trainings to our all members of development team from 3rd party without asking for any Bond or any payment. We want our employee’s association with Hostbooks from their heart, not by BOND, hence we did not paid attention on your willingness to sign a bond.
We ask shortlisted candidates to share their documents for further clearance and the same was asked from you. But it made us uncomfortable to consider your profile when we got to know that you have already given your commitment to some other company by accepting there offer and want us to negotiate on that offer. During the interview, you clearly shared that your major reason of switching jobs is to get good financial hike instead of career growth. These were the major reasons that your profile does not get finalize and same was timely updated to your consultant from which you were referred.
We feel that selection/rejection is an ongoing process depending upon the correct match of requirement & other selection criteria, hence we suggest you not to take this rejection in different way.
