Had a connection share my resume with a Hormel employee. A corporate recruiter reached out a few days later. Recruiter was very responsive and friendly.
Start with a 30-minute phone interview. Shared a little about them. Asked about me. Why sales. Are you willing to relocate? Be sure you’re willing to relocate before applying to any sales rep positions with Hormel! Shared more about responsibilities of sales rep job. Immediately told me that they’d send an email to interview at the corporate office at anytime that was convenient for me.
Set up in-person interview for 3 weeks after the phone interview. Met with 4 different members of management for 30 minutes. Just be confident and have stories to tell of leadership, persuasion and why Hormel
