The whole process was super smooth, well-organized and I really enjoyed it! I really liked the friendly atmosphere.
Interview phases:
- A call with a recruiter about mutual expectations
- Live coding with screen sharing - rather simple exercise
- System design interview using Miro board - designing a full system
- Culture interview with Engineering Manager

- What's important for you when doing a code review
The process consisted of 3 steps. A screening with recruiter was first. Then a technical call with 2 engineers, Ruby and problem questions. Last step was a less formal chat with an engineering manager about my experience.
