Upon applying, I received an interview request the same day! The recruiter was really nice, and the first interview was a phone call, which asked some basic interview questions. I was moved to the next round, which consisted of a virtual panel interview and was given the employee paperwork beforehand. The panel interview consisted of 4 people, going around asking a set of 14 questions in total. The questions were mostly behavioral, and left some time at the end for questions on my end. Ultimately, I had to follow-up a week later, and they informed me they went with someone else (who was from a partner agency).
