Sent resume, received a call to set up a telephone interview within three days. Had 30 minute phone interview followed by an in-person interview with two people. Then was brought back for a tour of HNI and was told I would be receiving a written offer by the end of the day. Did not receive anything. Was then sent an email I would have a written offer by the following day. Four days have passed and still nothing. It’s completely okay that maybe they changed their mind - it’s not okay to ghost a candidate. I have spoken to a person who also applied in their HR Department and they shared a similar experience. Very disappointed in how they handle their candidate experience.
