I was first contacted via email to fill out a questionnaire and writing samples. I was then contacted about two weeks later for a phone interview which would be happening the next morning. The phone interview took over an hour and involved role playing in which the interviewer acted as the customer and I was the employee handling the call. At the end of the phone interview I was told I would hear back within a week. It's now been three weeks and I haven't heard from anyone. I have sent an email and a text and gotten no reply. As many have stated on here, this is such an unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat candidates. Makes me wonder how they treat their employees. No thank you.
