Two months of phone calls between the facility, Honeywell HR and the recruiter assigned; once an in person/facility interview was decided it was an all day event. The facility was set to conduct the interview on company form with company devised questions. Two staff members per scheduled meeting to interview me over (5) individual meeting sessions that lasted over an (8) hour day. I was then given a tour of the facility and was asked what i observed on the the production floor that would be of concern
