After applying online for a role, I was genuinely excited to be invited to interview. The screening call was outsourced to Korn Ferry. The recruiter joined 15 minutes late for a 30-minute slot, asked a handful of questions, mostly about salary expectations and said he would forward my CV to the hiring manager. He didn’t respond to my follow-up messages or provide any feedback.
