went fast and was very friendly. People were very through in their questions. as to make sure i knew what i was talking about. They flew people in from other sites form the international IT group to interview with or just sit in. They were very comprehensive in the areas of can you handle this by yourself. and how would you react to type situations.

They do a technical review and a personality review. The technical review focused on the basic's or networking. The personality review was based on how you would handle certain situations in real time.
