then another phone interview with sales manager
after passing those interviews, final phone interview by sales director. after passing all phone interviews.
after that we moved to one to one interview

Multi-step process that took some time to complete. Submit your application, then take an assessment. If the results are favorable, you have a brief interview with the hiring manager. Next step is a panel interview with a case study presentation. Decision is often made after that step.

Describe a situation where you were not able to follow-through the customer as expected. How did you handle it and what was the result?
Lengthy and drawn out with multiple sessions. Detailed presentation required with a review board style questioning. Like you're in front of a legislative body. Not difficult, just ridiculously time consuming and unnecessary.

Formaland staged, quite regimental in the format. Thought it was scripted and they were asking stock standard answers looking for stock standard replies. Could have been a better experience during the interview process
