Entretien
The interview process is traditional in which the first interview is host by the HR department and the second interview was interviewed by the head of department. In the first interview, they asked some typical questions like "why you apply the post?" and "why you left your last company?". There was a few hundred words of writing to explain why they need to hire you but not others, it also can be used to evaluate your English level. In the second interview, it's the main part of the interview, and the final decision is most rely of it. They won't ask details about your job knowledge, instead, they are more look at what a person you are.

Entretien
Interviews were arranged in a timely manner. HR and the Hiring Manager were on time. Overall communication was effective. After applying on their website, I received the screening call in 2 weeks. Following the screening call, I was invited for an interview with the hiring manager following week. They were professional throughout the process.

They asked about basic design of a fire detection and alarm system and how it is integrated with management systems.
Great interview with a ton of really great questions. I asked a ton of questions afterwards and they seemed really happy about that. They asked me a few questions regarding scenarios and that was it.

telephonic interview, completed with hiring manager first, then telephonic interview with management, then HR. the process was average. The telephonic interview with management looked positive. Manager and HR interview was pretty normal. Normal questions on job related subjects
