Entretien
It was an agile and transparent process. The first step was an initial screening, followed by a portfolio presentation with the team. The third stage was an interview with the team leader, and the final step was an interview with human resources.

I had 2 interviews and 1 test while applying for this position:
1. Interview with recruiter
2. Logic and behavioral test
3. Interview with the design team
The first interview focused on what Honeywell can offer me and some behavioral questions about my previous jobs.
The test focused on logical questions regarding different situations and scenarios as well as my behavioral approaches to different work and life situations.
The second interview focused on explaining how I worked in my previous job in a more technical way and presenting my portfolio.
The interview process lasted a week. Then some documentation was requested the following week and the week after that an offer was sent.
