They came to our college for interview. There was no clarity on the project they would assign. They were more concerned with knowing if I had an offer in hand and how much salary I was offered by other companies. One of the interviewers was particularly irritating and had an interrogative tone to show off his own knowledge in a very specific domain. The selection process was stretched over three and a half months through various rounds and assignments. It was too tedious with very bad communication from the HR on the selection status.

The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. It started with an online coding assessment to evaluate problem-solving and programming skills. Candidates who cleared the assessment proceeded to the technical interview, where questions were asked on Data Structures and Algorithms, programming concepts, and project experience. This was followed by an HR discussion focusing on communication skills, teamwork, and career goals. Throughout the process, the interviewers were professional and supportive, and the experience provided a good opportunity to showcase both technical and interpersonal skills.
