The interview process should be as per company standard policy which is equal for all candidates. like first Telephonic, after that company should call for 1 to 1 technical round and then after technical interview they should call for HR round for discussions on salary & other company procedures.
interview process was typical. Several rounds of interviews followed by hiring process. First round was virtual with recorded interview which was a bit strange to get used to at first

recruiter's call for screening. arranged an online meeting with sales manager. then arranged 3 meetings with director, HR and tech. team. then offer sent. Offer was not negotiable; take it or leave style

Very good communication throughout the process, especially for a very large Organization. All steps were clearly spelled out and expectations set accurately. One of the best interview processes I have been a part of. The entire process took about 2 full weeks from first interview to offer.
