First you have to pass two long tests. One measures math, reasoning, deductions. The other measures soft skills. Recruiters are disconnected from the hiring process, more like robots for the most part. They are not given salary ranges, so you don't even know if you are in the right ball park by the end of your talk.

One interview was very obviously reading from a sheet of questions and just went down very routine in order, no interaction. Another interviewer was very personable but both were stressed for time.

The interviews consisted of Teams (remote) interviews. When meeting with the global process owner of Supply Chain, he asked me several very nuanced process questions- looking for textbook answers. These were the type a questions you might ask someone a year or two out of school. Overall, he came across as arrogant and the "smartest person in the room" type. No questions about leadership or programs led.
