Entretien
Technical talk and asked technical questions, plus softball HR interview. Management panel was kind of more of the same, they wanted to know what kinds of groups I like working in. Generally pleasant and they took me out to lunch!

Four stage interview process.
1. Simple HR phone call screening where they ask nothing serious.
2. They make you take a silly online aptitude test (word puzzles and behavioral questions) which no one ever mentions to you again.
3. An hour-long video call with the hiring manager and a few others where they ask you about your technical background and experience in some detail.
4. They fly you in on-site where you give a technical presentation on your previous work (Ph.D. thesis work in my case) and you have an hour-long technical meeting with the scientific team, and another hour long meeting with the leadership and HR.
Unlike other companies, the onsite one with Honeywell was pretty fast, no lunch/meal breaks, no one-on-one time with anyone. Just in and out within a few hours.
I got an offer within a week of the final on-site interview.

2 steps
1. Call with hiring manager
2. Onsite tech talk, followed by 1-1 interviews with scientists, managers, and HR.
Was led to a room and stayed in the room the entire interview. No lab tours because of security clearance.
