I am working for the topmost company in the world. I am working for SAP commerce cloud i.e. hybris. I got a call for Lead Enterprise Architect designation. I discussed him all the expectation related salary and he moved my application to the next level. I had three rounds
1. Technical round - 2 people had conducted the technical round for 1 more than 1 hour. It went very well and in that on the technical person asked about my salary expectation. Which was weird but I told him as I thought it might be process.
2. Technical Architectural round- It has gone for 1 hour 20 min. The interviewer was a skilled inSAP hybris and was working on Senior Technical Architect in Organization. He touched almost all the areas in SAP hybris.
3. HR discussion: Very next working day I had HR discussion and it was such a horrible experience for me. HR told me my offer letter in a previous organization is wrong. I am not getting salary which is written in my previous company offer letter. I asked him to look into my salary slips. He was not ready to listen to my stock options. He was told again and again the same thing and trying to convenience me for the fact that the offer letter is saying something else what salary slip is saying. I told I am working for the world's largest company they have cleared all my salary components. and my employer pf is given by employer but HR was not ready to listen to that at all. I told my expectation and he finished the interview. So unskilled HR mister Lamp.
I wanted to ask I had told my expectation on the day. And it was not even a hike. My commutative package was way more than what I have asked. Because one of my close relatives and one of my close friends work in Honeywell , I wanted to move to Bangalore.
But this HR discussion kept me in a dilemma that this kind of person also exists in our world who just want to prove themselves very good in discussions.
After two days I got the call that I have been stopped for the next level because of the lamp and Sun. They think that salary is the constraint. I told I can negotiate a little bit but the recruiter told me that they are not at all listening.
My question is to @Honeywell management wasting people's time is not required if you guys are not able to give a salary. But people like this are really pathetic.

The interview was broken down into 4 phases.
Phase 1 was Online Assessment
Phase 2 was a phone interview with Manager and team member
Phase 3 was with HR and was STAR questions to see how you fit into the company culture
Phase 4 was with the Director but was very brief
