Honeywell used a two-stage interview process with me, one with HR and another with the hiring manager. The interviews were conducted fairly and I felt comfortable in answering their questions.

Initially the screening process happened through the telephonic round and they were happy to call o their campus in Bangalore for one on one discussion. They interviewed and that has gone for more than couple of hours and finally they came up asking for Biotechnology process knowledge.

My Interviewers were the same people that hired me. They were very professional and straight to the point. They did not have tricky questions at all and interview went very comfortable no pressure whatsoever.
