I was interviewed initially by someone from HR and then had a follow up interview with the hiring manager. A second interview was conducted by a senior person in the department. Finally, a phone interview was done with the director. The whole process took about 3 months before an offer was made.

Panel interview via conference call - combination of behavior questions and task specific questions were asked. Each interviewer presented one question. Process took 60 minutes. I had time to ask questions at the end. Overall, the process was a very relaxed atmosphere. They did a nice job of making the process go smoothly and not rushed.
