Very easy yes or no questions, second round was also quite easy. What is a work life balance to you? I said I don't think there is one, I think it's a sliding scale at its healthiest and I got the job.

You have to go through an agency, just one intervie, decision the same day. Contingency employee first theough agency, and permanent after a few months (still a temp right now).
