Initial phone interview, then video, then an in person interview, followed by a criminal and reference check while you are given a written job offer pending the results of the checks.

It was relaxed with behavioral questions. You are not rushed. Not your typical interview but you are made to feel comfortable. Make sure you know about the company and what they do.
