Strange Company. After a call with the HR Manager, I spoke with the founder. He showed up 15mins late, disorganized and could not really explain the expectations of the role. The CEO was arrogant during the interview, and it felt as if there was large lack of experience in the management team in running a company or managing people.

Very easy process overall: I completed two interviews, one with HR and another with my manager, followed by a case study, after which I successfully received my official offer letter.
