I met with different members of the staff in addition to the person who would supervise me. The supervisor was well prepared. The staff were less so. I felt like the staff were just there to see how I would fit in

Had 4 separate in-person interviews, all the way up to the CEO. I appreciated everyone I spoke with, especially the interview with program participants. That said, the CEO completely disregarded me during our interview. Weird interview process that seemed to waste a lot of time.
