Actually, interview never happened. Interviewer decided to ghost their candidate, and leave them waiting for a good 30 minutes for a phone call. No email, no re-schedule, and no response for over a week. Candidates take their valuable time (many are have a full-time job) to speak with you and learn more about the role and company, but you decide to leave them hanging and waste their valuable time. What's worse is the interviewer is actually the hiring manager. If hiring manager can't even respect those that haven't even stepped foot into the company, how an you imagine what it'll be like to actually work for this company or them. If you are considering a role here, I'd reconsider your time and take your skills to another company that values you whether you're a candidate or an employee.
